At Bagvella, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.
12-Day Return Policy
You have 12 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll provide:
A return shipping label
Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
Custom or personalized products (special orders, monogrammed bags)
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
Personal care items (if applicable)

Exchanges
Want a different color or style?
The fastest way is to return your original item first.
Once the return is approved, simply place a new order for your desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, meaning you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
