📦 Customs & Extra Delays
International parcels may take an extra 1–3 days due to customs clearance or local holidays.
Pakistan’s import duties (fashion category ~20%) and handling by customs can also cause slight delays

Domestic delivery within Pakistan typically takes 2–5 business days using reliable couriers depending on your location and the service you choose.
For international orders, transit times vary based on shipping service:
DHL Express: 2–3 business days to most countries from Pakistan DHL eCommerce or economy international: 4–10 business days, occasionally extending to 14–20 days depending on the destination

At Bagvella, we want you to love every piece you order. If your bag isn’t quite right, here’s how you can return or replace it with ease:
Eligibility Window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or damaged products.

Include your order number, reason for return/replacement, and desired item (if exchanging).
Shipping & Processing
If approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
For replacements, once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship your new bag within 2–3 business days.
Return shipping fees (if any) will be communicated upfront.

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your order, here’s how it works:
Cancel Before Your Order Ships

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to cancel it.
You can still request a return or exchange once the item arrives (following our Return Policy).
Refunds
For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
